It is our goal to keep paper as simple as possible while still offering you a
good selection. This page gives you a brief description of each paper.
Board 10 pt and 12 pt
Paper: 10 pt C1S (10 point, coated one side
and uncoated on the back side). It has a 94 brightness which is very white and is
slightly thicker that 100 lb cover. The sheet prints well on digital equipment as
well as offset. It is used wherever you need a sheet that is coated on one side
and uncoated on the other side.
Paper: 10 pt C2S (10 point, coated on both sides). 94 brightness and same thickness
as 10 pt C1S.
Paper: 12 pt C2S (12 pt, coated both sides). Slightly thicker than the 10 pt. This is
the thickest paper that we have available online. We can run paper up to 24 pt but you will
have to request a custom quote.
Gloss text and cover
100 lb. gloss cover. This finish is slightly smoother than the 10 and 12 point. A job
printed on gloss cover is slightly glossier and a little smoother looking. It is about
9 pt in thickness and costs less than either the 10 pt or 12 point.
80 lb. gloss cover. Same as above except it is thinner (mics out to about 7.5 point).
80 lb gloss text. This is a coated sheet. It is considerably thinner and mics out to about
4 point. It looks like coated copier paper. It is used for flyers, posters, insides and
covers of books.
100 lb gloss text is just like the 80 lb but slightly thicker.
Accent Opaque text and cover
Accent Opaque is an uncoated sheet. It is available in text (thin) and cover (thick) weights.
We have it available in 60 lb text (just slightly thicker than copier paper), 70 lb text and
80 lb text. Also available is 80 lb and 100 lb cover.
Anthem Matte text and cover
Anthem Matte is a sheet that is between uncoated and glossy. It has a finish on it which makes
it print well but it has a dull look to it. It is available in 80 lb and 100 lb text and cover.
Use it when you want to have colors that stand out on the sheet but don’t want a glossy look.
Mohawk Via text and cover
The next paper that we offer is Mohawk Via Smooth Cool White, text and cover. It is an
uncoated sheet that is 100% recycled and made using wind generated power. It is FSC certified
(Forest Stewardship Council). It is reasonably priced and prints well. It is available in a
variety of colors although we are only listing cool white on our website. If you want another
